Redfoo was feeling shy at first at Vegaluna's deejay console and wore a mask but he soon recovered and showed his face

It was a small, private concert inside a temporary tent erected right on the beach with the sea and waves lapping scarcely 10 feet away from the tent! The Cannes beach is small and narrow to begin with and so there was little space but just enough for a fantastic show.
I was shocked that Redfoo performed for an incredible 1 hour 30 minutes!
His dance team called La Freak had a table behind us which I thought was strange as Kassandra Kassim's Redberry/Newsmaker Unplugged table was right up front next to the small stage and deejay console.
In fact, we were seated at Paris Hilton's table! She and her entourage sat here when she came to Vegaluna last week.
I assumed Redfoo's La Freak team would have a table right in front. Then I discovered why they did not need a frontal, expensive, premium table---they were here to perform, not sit and sip champagne like Paris Hilton!
Redfoo aka Stefan Kendal Gordy, son of famous Berry Gordy arrived after a series of entertaining shows provided by Jonny Dodge, he walked past me and took photos with me.
He was at his table for 7 minutes before striding to the deejay console and started spinning songs!
I thought he was there for a cameo appearance to pose with fans but it turned out to be a fullscale concert lasting 1.5 hours!
His opening song was one of my favourites---'everyday I am shuffling'---as I feel I have also been shuffling throughout my life and having a good time at parties!
I almost fainted from excitement as he burst into his world famous hit.
I was also stunned he performed for such a small crowd---less than 150! I saw his concert in Kuala Lumpur which had an adoring crowd of 8,000!
But then each table for 10 cost a staggering RM 20,000! After all, Jonny Dodge the organiser presumably had to pay Redfoo and his dance troupe!
La Freak dance team could have stepped out from a Mad Max movie and were obviously inspired by punk rock and Sex Pistols and Queen with a dash of Goth.
Redfoo danced and pranced with Le Freak who wore T-shirts and pants with 'La Freak' emblazoned on them in case we did not know their stage name.
His 'Party Rock Anthem' was followed by 'Sexy And I Know It' and 'Sorry For Party Rocking' and 'Champagne Showers'.
I should have known what would happen when he sang 'Champagne Showers'---Redfoo grabbed a bottle of champagne, shook it violently and sprayed it all over us! As we were standing a few feet away from him, we were nicely soaked! But hey, it was Moet & Chandon, not some cheap plonk so it was OK!
He did this thrice and I had to lower my expensive Leica limited edition camera given by Sultanah Kalsom of Pahang!
The 4 La Freak dancers danced as if powered by TENAGA!
There was plenty of hot and sizzling entertainment before the arrival of Redfoo and his La Freak gang
Fireworks always get my attention
