KUALA LUMPUR'S HIGH SOCIETY ALWAYS ENJOY ATTENDING THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY OF DATO STEVE DAY AND DATIN SU WAI FUN.
Their party started at 12 noon and ended at 12 midnight last Sunday 15 December!
So guests could saunter in anytime and some even came twice! And why not as next year I plan to come for lunch at noon and again for supper around 10 pm!
This year I came around 8 pm in time for dinner instead of teatime and was surprised to see few people as the majority came between noon and 7 pm!
Well, at least I did not have to elbow anyone aside to get at the food! This year was extra special as the food (especially the fruit cakes) were of Cordon Bleu standard since Datin Su Day has taken up a lengthy 9 month course at Cordon Bleu academy at Sunway which cost around RM 50,000 or something outrageous like that. If I were here, I would use the money to order the chef at Lafite in Shangri-La KL, the best hotel in Malaysia, to send over the grub!
Then again, I have been accused of being a Philistine.
