Galley Café & Dining is serving up a feast for their newly launched weekend brunch
Set in the light, bright surroundings of a beautiful heritage building, Galley Café & Diningis serving an inspired Saturday and Sunday brunch, giving guests the opportunity to sample flavours from around the world.

Widely known for being one of Hong Kong's best modern European eateries, with Nepalese Head Chef KharelTikaat the helm, Galley Café & Dining is fast becoming renowned for its enticing weekend brunch menu. Whether itisa prelude to a day's shopping or an opportunity for friends and families to gather, there is no meal better than brunch for a combination of incredible food and the comfort of good company.

Generous appetizers from the brunch menu include Galley Café & Dining's signature Spanish assorted Iberico cured ham platter, which is a combination of delectable cuts of chorizo, salchichon, pork loin and pressed ham shoulder. Guests can also opt for the lighter option of fresh strawberries and avocado salad with seasonal Alaskan crab meat.

The wide selection of main courses on offer are the hearty 'big breakfast', with eggs, cumberland pork sausage, twisty pancetta bacon, alongside sautéed mushroom and semidried tomato, all served with thick toast and truffle butter. For guests who prefer a more classic dish, eggs Benedict is on offer with a choice of smoked salmon, gammon ham or sautéed spinach and asparagus. Other options are melt-in-the-mouth minute steak, frittata, or pancakes with all the trimmings.

To finish, a refreshing dessert of fresh fruit salad topped with lemon sorbet is offered, along with complimentary juice, handcrafted tea or freshly brewed coffee. Prices start from $298+ 10% service charge, and for guests wishing to partake in free flowing prosecco, red and white wine or Stella draft until 3pm, an additional $220or $230is available for free flowing red or white sangria, respectively.

With something for all the family, kids get to tuck into a choice of bacon, egg and toast cups with potato wedges, buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup and yoghurt granola parfait, toasted French croissant with melted cheese and ham, or ham and cheese macaroni. For dessert, kids will love the scrumptious brownie sundae with vanilla and caramel ice cream topped with chocolate sauce and crumble, with juice and soda complimentary. Kids menu prices start at $168+ 10% service charge, with an optional addition of $78 for unlimited juice and soft drinks until 3pm.
