Ah, Sunday brunch – a high point of any week. But it takes more
than an everyday buffet to make things bubble-icious. It takes champagne, of
course, plus a menu of truly premium and delicious dishes. For years now, Bubbly Sunday
Brunch at Espresso has absolutely defined the concept.
And now
Espresso refines it. Or many would say has perfected it. For one, from 4
January 2015 Espresso will be serving an exceptional house champagne, Louis
Roederer Premier Brut, available by the glass, bottle or as part of a free-flow
package.
As for
cuisine, that too just keeps getting better. Executive Chef Leslie Stronach
searches the world by land and sea for culinary inspiration.
His highlight
seafood selections include: Maine lobster; Pacific and Fin de Claire oysters;
Australian and New Zealand mussels; Alaskan
and Chilean crab; Tiger, River and French prawns and langoustines;
Japanese-grade sashimi and caviar; Chinese fish maw; and Pacific snow fish.
Back on
land, superb meat selections include Wagyu beef prime rib, Rougié foie gras, Australian lamb cutlets and Chef
Leslie’s signature lamb hot pot.
Chef Khor Eng Yew,
meanwhile, enhances Bubbly Sunday Brunch with his own signature Chinese soup as
well as duck pancake station.
New chocolate and
Belgian dessert buffets by Chef Chris Busschaert make Sunday even sweeter.
All told, Bubble Sunday
Brunch at Espresso, InterContinental Bangkok features more than 100 premium
delicacies from around the globe, all complimented by smooth live jazz.
