NEXT, one of the United Kingdom’s
premier retailers recently officially enlarged its footprint in Malaysia by
setting up its first city centre outlet featuring women and children wear at
Quill City Mall.
The brand’s latest outlet showcase its collection of clothes,
shoes and accessories for women, in addition to its offering for kids.
An integral part of the British
High Street, the NEXT retail chain was set up in 1982. Through the decades, the
brand has worked with notable greats in the global fashion industry.
Clothes
under the NEXT label are styled by an in-house design team to offer exceptional
style, quality and value for money with a contemporary edge. Today, NEXT operates
more than 500 stores in the UK and almost 200 stores in more than 40 countries
globally.
NEXT’s kids line includes
everything from cute dresses and playsuits for girls, to funky t-shirts and
shorts for boys, creating to a diverse range of styles and tastes for children.
An adorable range of babywear is also available for the extra-little ones.
The brand’s womenswear, on the
other hand, is renowned for being trendy, chic and easy to wear. The range
varies from innovatively shaped work wear, beautiful occasion wear and a casual
collection with a versatile offering.

of Trade & Investment for Malaysia, British High Commission.
The upscale yet accessible Quill
City Mall, located in the heart of bustling Kuala Lumpur city, includes
offerings that fit every lifestyle. This 8-level retail space encompasses a net
lettable area of approximately 770,000 sq. ft. and has been designed to create
a modern destination for people to meet, gather and socialise.
A paradise for shoppers, Quill
City Mall currently features a diverse list of more than 180 tenants with more
tenants opening soon. Anchor tenant AEON – with its first premier department
store in the City Centre – boasts a unique food market to cater even to the
most discerning of appetites. Mini anchor H&M, which has officially
introduced its ninth store in Malaysia at Quill City Mall features its Homes
division, the second in South East Asia.
Golden Screen Cinemas showcases
ten-screen cinema halls with one hall featuring Dolby ATMOS surround sound
system. The mall also features the first Hamleys store in the City Centre, Red
Lobster, LongHorn Steakhouse, Original Classics and Best Denki. Other upcoming
tenants includes On The 6th and K-Net. Located on the 6th
floor, this tenant houses a one stop lifestyle and entertainment centre which
caters to all entertainment needs.
Quill City Mall is part of a
greater project by Quill. This includes a 36-storey residential building and a
hotel with service apartments. With these integrated components, the Quill City
development is poised to become the ‘next big thing’ in the heart of Kuala
Lumpur.
